Kelly Spears

Kelly was born and raised in Burr Ridge, Illinois and attended DePaul University in Chicago with a major in Marketing. Growing up, Kelly's family had a second home in North Scottsdale where she and her family came to escape the cold winters and enjoy a good round of golf! By 2004, Kelly moved to Scottsdale to pursue her passion in real estate. She holds a real estate license in Arizona and Illinois. Kelly's areas of expertise include short sales, foreclosures, investment purchases and sales, and property management. With an eye for style, her early career began in purchasing distressed properties, renovating, and selling for a small investment firm.  With much success, Kelly has been a licensed agent since 2006. Devoted and dependable, Kelly treats every person she meets as a member of her family. Her most precious companion is her dog, Wrigley, which consumes most of her free time. 

Jeremy Brown

Growing up in a small town in Northern Michigan called Harbor Springs Jeremy was raised on strong family values. As a young boy he grew up working on the farm where it was taught that hard work, honesty, and a strong work ethic is the only way to succeed. His father owns a hardwood flooring company which is where he acquired much of his knowledge in the construction industry. By his late teens Jeremy worked as a foreman for his father’s business where he learned leadership skills and knowledge that would be highly beneficial later in his career. After moving to Scottsdale, Arizona in 2004, Jeremy immediately saw an opportunity in the real estate industry. He attended the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business testing out with a 96% on the school exam, and going on to getting state required licensing right away. At the start of his real estate career he was involved in a small boutique brokerage in Phoenix that was strictly an internet based brokerage. This was only one stepping stone on a long road, learning the new wave of the internet craze and how it was going to change the face of the real estate industry. To further his career Jeremy then joined Coldwell Banker where he attended an internal training school for 6 months learning from some of the best sales coaches in the world on sales and marketing techniques, contract law, and how to utilize it in our local real estate industry. Later, Jeremy joined up with a large team a RE/MAX fine properties where he not only was the youngest team member, but consistently stayed a multi-million dollar producer year after year and helped make that team one of the top 50 teams in the United States. After 6 short years being full time in the real estate industry Jeremy has currently found a great partner and team relationship with Karen Pokorney and the Pokorney/Sutton group at Realty Executives. Jeremy’s goal is to not only take all the knowledge and work ethic he has acquired through life, but also use new ideas and innovation to stay ahead of the constantly changing real estate market. He feels that with all the challenges facing clients in the current market the ONLY way to be on top and truly help clients is through an out of the box approach, doing whatever it takes, going the extra mile to help them solve their specific situation in an ever changing real estate market.
